Representing clients dealing with federal, state and local governments
Preparing, coordinating and reviewing environmental impact statements, reports, and other documents to ensure they comply with CEQA and NEPA
Litigating compliance with NEPA and CEQA
Reviewing transactional documents and providing advice concerning the applicability of the ESA, NEPA, CEQA, CWA, and other regulations
Working with agencies, including the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the National Marine Fisheries Service, the California Reclamation Board, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State Water Resources Control Board, and other federal and state agencies to help clients obtain permits
